Accessing our site implies that you accept the Intellectual Property Law (Law 2121/1993).  The logo “KORI – Jewelry and Arts”, as well as the website “kori.gr” are owned by the company “KORI O.E.”

In particular, photographs of our products uploaded on our site are protected by Art. 6 of the 93/98 EU Directive, as a result of the personal intellectual work of the creator, irrespective of the aesthetic merit or usefulness of the work. Therefore, photographs are protected as independent works and the use of them by third parties is allowed on condition of granting the right of use (“copyright license”). Any use of the photographs (copying, reproduction) without our prior permission is illegal and punishable by civil and penal sanctions.

In this case, our company is entitled to claim compensation for non-material damage, injunctive relief and, by any legal means, restitution for the infringement of its intellectual property rights.

Access to our site cannot be construed as granting permission to use any text, symbol, logo, picture/photograph without our consent.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Our website contains complete, true and reliable information concerning our identity or the offered products (e.g. description of products). These guarantees are subject to any typographical errors, which cannot be foreseen or have occurred inadvertently or due to force majeure.

RETURN POLICY

In any online purchase, the consumer has the right to withdraw within fourteen (14) calendar days, without any penalty and without stating a reason, according to Article 5 of Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection, as amended by Law 4512/2018. The deadline of 14 days starts from the day of receipt of the product and the relevant request for its return must always be submitted after prior communication with the company. Then, the customer has to send an email to info@kori.gr, indicating their personal details (name, order number, a short description of the product with its product number and optionally the reason for return, in view of improving the services provided). The return of the products by the customer should take place from the moment of receipt of the products without delay.

The product has to be returned in its original package, not damaged or altered, not used or worn in the case of jewelry, and bearing its label, authentication card and sales documents. After receiving the returned product and if the return is not due to a product defect, our company will check if the product is in the condition in which it was sent. We will refund you as soon as possible, using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction.

Products manufactured according to the specifications you requested from us are exempt from the right of withdrawal and can not be returned, as long as they are not defective upon receipt by the customer.

The return costs are borne exclusively by our firm in case of product defect or our own fault (e.g. shipping of a product different than the one you requested). In case of return because the customer has changed his mind, the costs will be borne by the consumer.

After the first return, the costs of each subsequent one will be borne exclusively by the consumer, regardless of the reason for the return.
